Acoustic panel made of 18 mm molded glass granulate.
The Second Life 043 acoustic panel is suitable for ceilings and walls and can be mounted on steel or wooden battens. The panels withstand direct water exposure and can therefore be used in outdoor areas.
The Hz Second Life acoustic panel consists of:
Hz Second Life acoustic panels can be mounted directly on ceilings, walls or steel supporting surfaces.
Can be used indoors and outdoors and is not moisture absorbing. Withstands direct water impact. The panel is highly resistant to 10% salt water solution.
Panels should be handled with care before mounting. Mechanical damage can occur. The surfaces are vulnerable.
For direct mounting on ceilings, panels are fastened with screws suited to the supporting surface. If mounted outdoors, stainless materials must be used.
For direct wall mounting, a flexible lightweight adhesive can be used. It is applied with a notched trowel to the entire back of the panel, and the panel is then pressed firmly to the wall. Make sure the supporting surface can support at least 25 kg/m2.
When mounted on rails, these are mounted with a cc of 400 mm. Screw the panels with a distance of 400 mm and use screws with a minimum diameter of 4 mm and a length that is + 25 mm in relation to the panel thickness.
For information on safety during transport, storage, handling and disposal, see the Safety Data Sheet for the product. The above statements, including particular suggestions for the processing and use of our product, are based on our knowledge and experience in normal cases and assume that the products are stored and used correctly. Due to different materials, supporting surfaces and working conditions, no general guarantee can be given for the outcome or adhesion. It is the responsibility of the user of the products at all times to verify their suitability for the purpose.
