Since 2015, we have developed and produced acoustic systems at our factory in Frederikshavn. Here, we combine craftsmanship, technology, and acoustic expertise to create solutions that unite acoustics, aesthetics, and technical performance.
Our acoustic systems are designed to last and to adapt. With a long lifespan and flexible transformation options, our solutions can evolve with your needs over time. This means you get a ceiling that can be renewed in line with your space and ideas.
We strive to create acoustic solutions developed with care for the environment.
Our mission is to source raw materials that are either waste or recycled, and so far, we have developed several components made from 100% recycled content.
At Hz Acoustic we create good acoustics.
For us, good acoustics are not just a matter of sound i it’s a matter of quality of life.
We are affected when sound turns into noise, whether at home in the kitchen or in the meeting room at work, where sound bounces off hard surfaces. That’s why we created Hz Acoustic.
Our unique acoustic plaster systems have excellent noise-reducing properties. At the same time, they are completely seamless and joint-free. The result is beautiful, smooth surfaces – with virtually no loss of ceiling height.
We are proud to combine acoustics, aesthetics, and technology.
1
Choose the right panel type for your project. The type of panel depends on the ceiling construction, ceiling height, and the desired acoustic performance.
2
All types of integrated solutions are possible – integrate, for example, curtain rails, light tracks, or spotlights for a sleek and cohesive appearance.
3
After installation of the acoustic panels, our acoustic plaster is applied, providing a uniform surface without visible joints, seams, or perforations. Choose between two types of acoustic plaster depending on the desired finish.
4
The finished ceiling appears beautiful and uniform – with first-class acoustics. The ceiling can be maintained, repaired, and transformed as needed.
Effective reduction of reverberation time doesn’t have to mean visible panels, joints, or seams.
An acoustic ceiling from Hz Acoustic consists of acoustic panels that are later sprayed with acoustic plaster, creating one large, uninterrupted surface – completely joint-free.
Depending on the chosen system, our acoustic ceilings absorb between 60–80% of the sound in a room, ensuring a very pleasant sound experience.
Loss of ceiling height is often a challenge in effective acoustic solutions, especially in historically significant or protected buildings. Ceilings from Hz Acoustic ensure minimal height reduction – as little as a few centimeters – making them ideal for renovation projects in older properties.
Hz Acoustic ceilings are cost-effective, especially when it comes to maintenance. Our ceilings don’t require painting but can easily be refreshed with light sanding at regular intervals. This gives the ceilings a long lifespan – often as long as the building itself – while allowing flexibility in appearance.
The surface of our ceilings can be renewed – a smooth surface can be given texture or vice versa.
It’s also possible to change the color of the ceiling if desired, all without affecting its acoustic properties.
Our ceilings can be tinted in most RAL and NCS colors. Furthermore, all types of functions can be discreetly integrated into our acoustic ceilings: spotlights, speakers, light tracks, curtain rails, and more. For heavy lamps, a reinforced section is built into the ceiling above the plasterboard.
With our Hz Recycled ceilings, it’s possible to build more sustainably. These acoustic panels are made from upcycled textile waste and recycled glass. Our Hz Acoustic Plaster 09 also contains textile waste.
With our Hz Flex acoustic panels, there are no limits to ceiling shape. Our acoustic panels can be installed on convex and concave surfaces, preserving the original character of older ceilings, for example, with stucco or rounded transitions.
Many factors determine which of our products best suit a given project. You are always welcome to contact us. We are happy to advise you on how to achieve the most cost-effective solution for your project.
Hz Recycled
At Hz Acoustic, aesthetics, acoustics, and sustainability go hand in hand.
A large part of our materials comes from waste – without compromising on appearance, fire safety, or quality.
Our Recycled versions of the Basic and Dual panels are made from upcycled textile waste, and the glass granulate panel consists of 100% recycled glass. If you choose Hz Acoustic Plaster 09, you’ll even get a plaster made from recycled textiles, including discarded linens from a local laundry.
The result is beautiful ceilings that improve both acoustics and the environment.
