A form-molded glass granulate acoustic panel.
The Hz Create Acoustic Panel 101 is ideal for use on ceilings and walls and can be mounted on steel or wooden battens. The panels are highly durable and can withstand direct water exposure, making them suitable for outdoor environments.
Hz Create acoustic panel consists of specially manufactured glass granulate panels cast in moulds.
Base material consists of 100 % expanded recycled glass and organic polymer binder.
Hz Create acoustic panels can be mounted directly on ceilings, walls or steel supporting surfaces.
Can be used indoors and outdoors and is not moisture absorbing. Can be used indoors and outdoors and is not moisture absorbing. Withstands direct water impact. The panel is highly resistant to 10 % salt water solution.
Panels should be handled with care before mounting. Mechanical damage can occur. The surfaces are vulnerable.
For direct mounting on ceilings, panels are fastened with screws suited to the supporting surface. If mounted outdoors, stainless materials must be used.
For direct wall mounting, a flexible lightweight adhesive can be used. It is applied with a notched trowel to the entire back of the panel, and the panel is then pressed firmly to the wall. Make sure the supporting surface can support at least 25 kg/m2.
When mounted on rails, these are mounted with a cc of 400 mm. Screw the panels with a distance of 400 mm and use screws with a minimum diameter of 4 mm and a length that is + 25 mm in relation to the panel thickness.
For safety information regarding transport, storage, handling, and disposal, refer to the product safety data sheet. The above specifications, including processing and application recommendations, are based on our knowledge and experience under normal conditions and assume that the products are stored and used correctly. Due to variations in materials, substrates, and working conditions, we cannot provide a general guarantee for the outcome or adhesion. It is always the responsibility of the user to verify whether the product is suitable for the intended purpose.
